FaceKit.ai generates AI professional headshots from photos you upload. For a one-time payment of $9.99, you receive 50 AI-generated headshots delivered digitally.

2. Your Content

You confirm that you own the rights to the photos you upload and that they depict you. You may not upload photos of other people without their consent.

3. License to Generated Images

You own full commercial rights to the headshots generated for you. You may use them for any lawful personal or business purpose.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD and charged once per order. No subscriptions, no recurring fees.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to create deceptive, defamatory, or unlawful content, or to impersonate another person.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
