If you are not satisfied with your headshots, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund your payment in full — no questions asked.

Automatic Refunds

If AI training or generation fails and we cannot deliver your 50 headshots, your payment is automatically refunded within 5-7 business days.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@facekit.ai with your order ID (found in your confirmation email or on your results page). Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Processing Time

Approved refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
