We collect your email address and the photos you upload solely for the purpose of generating your AI headshots and delivering them to you.

2. How We Use Your Photos

Your uploaded photos are used only to train a personal AI model (LoRA) that generates your professional headshots. We never use your photos to train general models, and we never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention

Your original photos, your trained AI model, and your generated headshots are automatically deleted 30 days after your order is completed.

4. Third-Party Processors

We use Supabase (storage and database), Fal.ai (AI training and image generation), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email) to operate the service. Each processor handles data under its own privacy policy.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@facekit.ai.
